The Animal Hospital of Rowlett has doctors, nurses, patients, and plenty of medical equipment — but it also has one unusual employee who has become impossible to ignore.
Meet Dr. George, the clinic’s Chief Feline Officer. He spends his days roaming around the hospital, inspecting desks, interrupting his coworkers, greeting patients, and creating just enough chaos to keep everyone entertained.
From Stray Kitten to Clinic Celebrity
Dr. George was originally found as a stray kitten by veterinarian Dr. Amber Wawak. She planned to vaccinate him, have him neutered, socialize him, and eventually find him a home.
But George had other plans.
His goofy and affectionate personality quickly won over the clinic staff, and before long, he became Dr. Wawak’s pet and the hospital’s permanent feline employee.
The Office Trouble-Maker

George has even become popular online through his “Things I Do to Annoy My Co-Workers” series. From investigating paperwork to playing with equipment and wandering into places he probably shouldn’t, he treats the entire clinic like his personal playground.
Yet it’s nearly impossible to stay annoyed with him for long.

Veterinary hospitals can be stressful places, but George has a natural talent for making people smile. His cuddles, curious personality, and playful antics bring comfort to both staff and visitors.
He may not perform surgeries or offer medical advice, but he has mastered some important duties: supervising everyone, demanding treats, interrupting productivity, and keeping morale high.
Dr. George may have started life as a stray kitten, but today he is one of the most beloved members of the hospital — and clearly believes the entire clinic belongs to him.
