Bengal Cat With Giant Eyes Just Wants to Sit Beside You—and He Won’t Take No for an Answer

Dominic is a charming Bengal cat with enormous green eyes, an unforgettable personality, and a heart overflowing with love. Whenever someone calls his name, he answers with adorable meows and continues until he gets the cuddles he wants. For Dominic, personal space simply does not exist when his favorite humans are nearby.

His journey to finding a loving home began when he was abandoned at one of Utah’s busiest animal shelters. Nobody knows what his life was like before arriving there, but the unfamiliar environment was overwhelming. He also suffered from digestive problems that required special attention.

Fortunately, Bengal Rescue stepped in and gave him another chance. After moving into an experienced foster home, Dominic slowly relaxed and revealed his true personality. Beneath his initial fear was an affectionate cat who wanted nothing more than to feel safe, loved, and included.

Dominic quickly became a champion of cuddles. He loves curling up beside people, claiming their laps, and snuggling beneath his favorite blankets. Whether his humans are relaxing on the couch or going about their daily routines, he wants to be right beside them.

His expressive green eyes are captivating, but his chatty personality makes him even more special. Dominic loves communicating through enthusiastic meows, making every day a little more entertaining for those around him.

Although he adores people, Dominic has struggled to become friends with the other cats in his foster home. His rescuers believe he would thrive as the only cat in his future home, where he could enjoy plenty of attention without competing for affection.

His recovery also required patience. Dominic experienced significant stomach issues and briefly needed diapers while his foster family worked to identify the problem. Fortunately, medical testing ruled out infectious diseases, and a suitable diet helped stabilize his sensitive digestive system.

Now, Dominic is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find his forever family. At just two years old, he has a lifetime of companionship and affection ahead of him.

His enormous eyes have already attracted widespread attention online. His adoption post reached nearly 50,000 people, yet the loving home he deserves has not appeared.

Dominic is still waiting for someone who appreciates his playful personality, welcomes his endless conversations, and never minds a furry companion taking over the couch.
