Susan Dell stepped into the spotlight at the White House with an important message for American families.
The billionaire philanthropist was there to promote a new savings initiative designed to help children build financial security. However, her appearance soon attracted attention for another reason, as photographs and videos of the event began circulating online.
Whenever Donald Trump appears in public, attention often follows. But sometimes, the people standing beside him become topics of discussion themselves. Now, another woman who appeared alongside the president has become the subject of online conversations: Susan Dell.

During the announcement, Susan encouraged parents and grandparents to register their children and take advantage of the money available through the initiative.
“Every child across the country. These accounts are for you. We believe in you, and we want you to dream big because we know you can make your dreams come true. So, parents and grandparents, please claim your child’s account.”
She continued by urging families to participate and begin contributing to the accounts.
“These accounts are ready. They’re waiting for you, and they have money in them. So, claim your child’s accounts and start adding money to their accounts and preserving a wonderful future for them.”
The appearance followed a $6.25 billion pledge from the Dell family to support the initiative. Their contribution placed them at the center of the announcement, but another moment during the event also attracted attention.
After listening to Susan speak, Trump turned toward Michael and appeared to suggest that his wife could have a future in politics.
“What a good job. Michael, is she thinking of running for office? […] because I’ll endorse her immediately. She has my complete and total endorsement. Good job.”
The unexpected exchange added another talking point to the White House event, with Trump publicly expressing support for a possible political career for Susan.
However, once photographs and videos began appearing online, the conversation shifted beyond the savings program and the president’s comments.

To explore the comparisons, the publication consulted Dr. Ross Perry, medical director of Cosmedics skin clinics. He discussed several possible explanations for the differences some viewers believed they noticed.
“Susan has sparked widespread speculation about whether she may have undergone cosmetic treatments. In comparison to earlier photographs, her face appears noticeably tighter and tauter, and her eye area looks more open than usual. Several aesthetic procedures, surgical or non-surgical, could create this type of result,” Perry said.
One possibility he discussed was a facelift, pointing to what he described as a lifted appearance around the jawline and mid-face.
“There is a possibility she may have undergone a full facelift, as the skin around the jawline and mid-face appears lifted,” he said.
Perry also mentioned upper blepharoplasty, a surgical procedure involving the upper eyelids, as another possible explanation for the appearance of her eyes.
“Another possibility is upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), which can make the eyes look more open, refreshed, and awake, an effect that looks likely in the recent images.”
These comments represented possibilities suggested by the specialist, not confirmation that Susan had undergone either procedure.
Perry also explained that cosmetic surgery is not the only way someone’s facial appearance can change. Nonsurgical treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, can affect facial contours and the appearance of wrinkles.
“However, non-surgical treatments can also achieve significant changes. Botox can smooth forehead and frown lines, while dermal fillers in the cheeks or tear troughs can restore lost volume and create a more youthful contour.”
He added that the amount of product used can influence the final appearance.
“In some cases, overuse of injectables, such as excessive Botox around the eyes or too much filler in the mid-face, can even contribute to a slightly ‘wide-eyed’ or startled appearance.”
However, Perry emphasized that photographs can look very different for several reasons, especially when comparing images taken years apart.
“It’s also important to remember that lighting, makeup, camera angles, weight loss, or even temporary swelling can significantly alter how someone looks in photos. Without a professional consultation, any discussion of cosmetic work remains purely speculative.”
The Irish Star also spoke with Dr. Gerard Lambe, a cosmetic surgeon and founder of the Reflect Clinic, who offered his own observations about Susan’s appearance.
He mentioned possible fillers, eyelid surgery, a facelift, Botox, and lip augmentation. He estimated that such procedures could cost between $35,000 and $55,000 or more.
However, he also emphasized that he had never examined Susan personally, meaning his comments were professional speculation rather than a confirmed assessment.

As older photographs resurfaced, social media users continued comparing Susan’s earlier appearances with more recent images.
Some focused on her facial contours, while others discussed her eyebrows, nose, teeth, and overall appearance.
The discussion produced mixed reactions. While some people expressed surprise, others defended her right to make personal decisions about her appearance.
