Girl Saves Dying Dog, Then He Tells Her It’s Time To Say ‘Goodbye’

We’ve all heard about and seen images of pets crossing the Rainbow Bridge. They always do it in a unique manner that touches our hearts. Sophiane and Hippo are shown, and this is their story.

Sophiane Nacer realized she couldn’t help the abandoned dog, but she wanted him to have the happiest “end of days.” Hippo, a lonely old stray with tumors all over his body, she decided, would only know love when he died.

Hippo was going to have the finest final day ever, according to Sophiane, the 19-year-old founder of Cayleb’s Kindred Senior Dog Rescue.

Sophiane adopted Hippo after he had been at the shelter for five days. Because the dog was in so much agony, his skin was very sensitive. Sophiane wondered whether Hippo was even conscious of his excruciating anguish.

She was persuaded when she saw his tail wag. There was yet hope for the ailing canine. He fought for love and happiness before leaving this world. Sophiane got Hippo a Puppuccino, the chain’s unknown menu item that is essentially a cup of scrumptious whipped cream that drives dogs insane.

Hippo was still upbeat the following day, so Sophiane brought him to a dog park to let him run around. It was absolutely great to him! But he had something to say to Sophiane after that.

The elderly dog was tired but upbeat, and he had some crucial information to share with his new best buddy. He was ready to depart. He was overjoyed to be able to spend time with Sophiane, but he had to leave since he was exhausted and in excruciating pain.

After visiting the dog park, Sophiane summoned a veterinary euthanasia specialist to her house. For his last meal, the veterinary specialist served him a roasted chicken stuffed with sedatives. He ate his final dinner close to Sophiane, sitting as comfortably as he could, before falling asleep blissfully.
