The idea of life after death appears in many religions and belief systems. While some people believe consciousness continues through an afterlife or reincarnation, others consider death the final end. Science has yet to provide a definitive answer, leaving most beliefs about what happens after death shaped by personal experiences, faith, and culture.
Julie Poole, who describes herself as a spiritual guide, has built a career sharing her beliefs and teachings with others.
Poole claims she “died and spent three days in heaven” and is now revealing messages she says came from “angelic beings” in a “higher realm.”
The spiritual teacher, who attempted suicide when she was 21, says that during her experience, she encountered a “white shimmery figure” who showed her visions of humanity’s future.
Before sending her back to her body, she claims the mysterious beings told her that she would die at the age of 67.
She is now in her early 60s.
According to Poole’s alleged experience in heaven, she may have only a few years left to live and might not witness the “Golden Age” she says was promised to humanity.
Poole explains that in her 20s, she took an overdose of medication in an attempt to escape years of what she describes as “physical, mental, sexual, and emotional abuse.”
For a period, she believed her attempt had succeeded.
Poole says she was “dead” for three days. During that time, she claims to have visited a “higher realm,” where mysterious spiritual guides welcomed her and showed her visions of the future of mankind.
Speaking on the Life After Death Near Death Experiences YouTube channel, Poole recalled, “I suddenly saw my guides and my angels around me and then they lifted me up, and took me up to the Higher Realms.”
The UK-based woman continued, “I just remember saying ‘I’m going home’ and they said ‘No you’re not, it’s not your time.’”
“But it hurts too much,” she said she pleaded in that spiritual place, where she felt surrounded by white light and love. “I can’t face that world anymore.”
According to Poole, the spirits explained that before her birth, she had chosen a difficult life, even though they had warned her that the experience would be too challenging and overwhelming.
“So now here you are at 21 trying to check out…we have to heal you enough to go back,” she says they told her.
However, Poole, now in her early 60s, claims she was also given a prediction about her death, being told that she “will be going at 67.”
The woman, who has developed a career as a spiritual master and coach, says her purpose in life was “to clear karma” and “to balance up any harm I’ve done in previous lives by experiencing it in this one.”
She also explained, “And to be able to overcome to forgive…forgiveness is one of the highest vibrational forms of love.”
‘Golden Age’
Poole says she eventually woke up in her physical body, remembering what the otherworldly beings had told her about a coming “Golden Age” for humanity. According to her account, this period was expected to take place between 2012 and 2032.
“What we mean by the Golden Age is that for millennia now there has been an enormous amount of power, abuse and control,” Poole says she was told.
She continued recounting the message: “All of that has been held by the few and has controlled the masses…This Golden Age is bringing an equality across the board, so that which is false and fake and untrue and corrupt will fall away.”
Poole says she supports this vision and believes humanity is moving toward a significant moment of change. She describes it as a “day of reckoning,” although she insists it is not an Armageddon-style event.
“This Golden Age,” one of the guides reportedly explained, “is about breaking open the shackles of the old. Power, abuse, control, all that has stifled humanity’s true potential.”
The message continued: “All that is false and fake, untrue and corrupt, will fall away. Equality will no longer be a dream but a reality.”
When Poole asked how such a transformation would happen, she says the spiritual beings explained that people “like” her were “returning with the message, armed with the truth of what can be…”
ET’s intervention
However, Poole’s claims do not end with predictions about humanity entering a new age.
She also believes there will be considerable activity involving extraterrestrials, aliens, or what she calls “beings of light.”
According to Poole, these beings are more advanced than humans, both technologically and in other ways. She claims they have been visiting Earth for many years and have been helping humanity.
Poole further claims that these beings will step in if powerful leaders become reckless with nuclear weapons.
She explained, “They will come in, and they will stop it. They will not let us blow ourselves up, they will not let us destroy this planet, they will step in.”
For now, her account offers a hopeful prediction that humanity will not face the end of the world anytime soon.
